Über Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs
Orlando Higginbottom, known professionally as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, is an Engish Electro producer and DJ. He is the son of Professor Edward Higginbottom, conductor of the choir of New College, University of Oxford. He was educated at the Cherwell School, Oxford and has previously worked as a music teacher in schools. He is currently signed to major label Polydor. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (often abbreviated to TEED) is most famous for the three singles that have so far been released by the producer: "Household Goods", "Garden" and "Trouble". TEED have an album on the way with an expected release date of 7 May 2012. Higginbottom has also been asked to remix tracks by the likes of Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Professor Green. Although not usually played during the daytime on Radio 1, TEED features regularly on both Annie Mac's and Nick Grimshaw's shows. "Trouble" and "Tapes & Money" were Grimshaw's Record of the Week in May 2011 and February 2012 respectively.
